When you call for an appointment or consult you will greeted with a friendly understanding voice. We will record your RV type, manufacturer, model, along with any additional information required. Please see our "contact us" page for a list of information we will require at the time of our call.
If the issue cannot be diagnosed over the phone, we will schedule a site visit by a certified RV technician to determine the problem. Once a repair strategy has been determined we will provide an estimate based on the scope of work and required materials. Before you agree to the work proposed we will fully discuss our pricing structure and answer any questions you may have regarding our services. We want you to feel totally comfortable from start to finish. Our goal is honesty, transparency, and most of all a satisfied customers.
